Fabric For Future — I am complaining about the wrong product delivery to me and no response after so many reminders

I ordered a Valvet Lehnga from www.fabricforfuture.in with order number FFF13321. Wrong product (simple black suit) was delivered to me which I returned back on below mentioned address as it was written on Invoice and under return policy section of the website.
I sent it back through courier very next day of getting the delivery.
I tried contacting them over the phone number mentioned on website, as well as through email on mentioned address. There is no response, no acknowledgement at all.
I want my money back or right product should be delivered to me. Since there is no response from them, it seems to be a clear cheating and defaming the world of online shopping.
This way people would loose trust from online shopping.
