Fabricspa has damaged my saree, which was gifted by my husband 2 years back in our anniversary, now once I requested the refund, they're saying we apologise for unexpected experience but can't refund more than 7K INR, whereas we paid 26656/- INR my sentiments are attached with this saree as it was a special gift. From 3rd Oct I have been emailing them but I haven't got favorable response from them. Because of this incident I fell sick and went to several doctors later got to know I have got anxiety and panic attack because of this stress and mental and financial torture from fabric spa, I'll attach my medical prescription as well to understand the situation what I'm going through and no one is hearing me that's why I'm writing in this platform, and Hoping to get my complete refund of medical bills of 6k and saree amount 26656/- THIS COMPANY CHEATING CUSTOMER IN THE NAME IF THEIR T&C POLICY. IT'S A SCAM. I have also attached how they have damaged our curtains last year, before given and after how I received curtains from fabricspa, I claim curtains cost also.
