Did not receive the product as of 27th June 2022. There is no way to track the order and we are not getting a response for our e-mails. The website does not provide any other contact information

Just write them to refund cautioning to file a complaint under Consumer Protection Act-2019 if they fail to refund the amount you paid.

I just did the same got refund of Rs.599/- which I have paid for a product.

I did the same and got a mail that they will refund the money and it will be credited in 5-7 business days.
