Fabzara — Delivery

I ordered clothes and made payment.I got one email saying that “order confirmed and we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify”

Since I don’t see the estimated delivery timeline on the order confirmation email I sent an email to their contact . No reponse. No delivery of such clothes nor refund of money. Order no #FZ14100 & #FZ12928.

I have made online payments for 5 sarees on 16.08.2020 . Order no’s. FZ15073 andFZ 15053 for Rs.596 and Rs.149. No email confirmation or message regarding shipment. Please tell whether it is a fake company. I want my money back.
