I had purchased a saree from vynam but was not satisfied with the material so wanted to return it and even though we met all the return policy conditions they refused to take it back. Moreover they don't respond promptly to any of the calls made. They haven't given the right address of correspondence too. Refunds are also not being made on time and only one number had been provided for communication. Was this information helpful? |
