I ordered a smart watch from factorysales.net on 26th of december 2018 and I received different watch which is totally fake even it is not able to start. And the number and email id given on the website to claim a refund but they are not replying to that mail and mobile number is also switched off. The company is totally fraud and I request kindly do not place any order from this website i.e factorysales.net. They did not helped me and did not reply at any of my mails and mobile call Was this information helpful? |
