Fair Look — Delivered fake product which is not given any result

Hi Team, this is Annapurna from Hyderabad. I have purchased fair look product after seeing the add in TV. it is not given any kind of result which the are promise in the add. when I called to Customer care they wil respond accordingly. disconnecting the calls without resolution. it's completely fake product. I hope at least I will received the justify from your end. Please do needful.
