Dear Sir,

This is the very worst experience with you regarding my insurance renewal.

a very pathetic service in insurance.

I have a vehicle Tour cng bearing registration no DL1ZC9054. I have renewed my vehicle insurance on dated 4 oct 2020 My name is Raj Kumar and i want to draw your attention from an issue regarding my vehicle insurance renewal to one of you.

I have renewed my vehicle insurance from FAIR DEAL CARS Dilshad garden which is done by payment through my cheque no 630272 Amt 27539/- on dated 4 Oct 2020.

I had called many times and ask for the cheque clearance and since that i have maintained by bank account as well. Which is still pending till date? They told me there is some cheque number discrepancy so that your cheque is unable to clear.

Now in days my vehicle is going for passing and again i have asked regarding my insurance they (Fair deal cars) just giving me time all the time that this will resolve soon but yet not resolved.

Sir, my vehicle is going for passing and if there is claim which is stucked due to this discrepancy. Than who will be responsible I have done all the related things on time for my vehicle insurance which is an important

They are just giving me explanation reasons and wait all the time. Whenever I asked for it.

Now i am suffering from this issue and would not able to take claim of any if something needs or happen of my vehicle. which is already payment done by me before my due date.

But still i am facing the issue. Kindly resolve my issue. I have been so much frustrated with this. Kindly do and resolve this issue.

Or I will have to go to for other options.
