This is to inform you about the recent legal action taken by E-MAX INDIA regarding a fake complaint that was shared on social media. During the legal proceedings, it was found by the police that the individual behind this fake complaint was not genuine but a competitor of E-MAX INDIA. This competitor was attempting to tarnish the reputation of E-MAX INDIA.
As part of the police investigation, this fake individual, identified as Ankit, was summoned to the Kurukshetra Police Station, where a written apology was obtained from him. A screenshot of the email related to this matter is attached below for your reference.

यह आपको सोशल मीडिया पर साझा की गई एक फर्जी शिकायत के संबंध में ई-मैक्स इंडिया द्वारा की गई हालिया कानूनी कार्रवाई के बारे में सूचित करने के लिए है। कानूनी कार्यवाही के दौरान पुलिस को पता चला कि इस फर्जी शिकायत के पीछे वाला व्यक्ति असली नहीं बल्कि E-MAX India का प्रतिस्पर्धी था। यह प्रतिस्पर्धी ई-मैक्स इंडिया की प्रतिष्ठा को धूमिल करने का प्रयास कर रहा था।
पुलिस जांच के हिस्से के रूप में, अंकित के रूप में पहचाने गए इस फर्जी व्यक्ति को कुरुक्षेत्र पुलिस स्टेशन में बुलाया गया, जहां उससे एक लिखित माफी ली गई। इस मामले से संबंधित ईमेल का स्क्रीनशॉट आपके संदर्भ के लिए नीचे संलग्न है।
