Fake Calls And Sms — asking me money for transfer of prize of 14 lakhs

My mother is regular customer of shopclues. She received a one msg and calls from md-shopcu.

1st sms -

'dhanwati dixit very very congratulations to you for winning 1st prize mahindra xuv or amount rs 1485000 / deposit processing fee rs 8500. For detail contact [protected] '

2nd sms-

Very very congratulation shop clue online shopping tata nagar jamshedpur jharkhand gulmori chauk you win the first prize x u v mahindra car from lucky draw company 14.8500 in your account thanks you.

Am very disappointment with shopclues. My mother have been receiving phone calls and sms on behalf of shopclues, regarding lottery winner where the caller mentions my mothers's shopclues id, registered mobile number, shopping detail and exact amount, transaction detail.

This is the number from which my mother receiving fake calls and sms +[[protected]].

Asking her money for transfer of prize.

This is very disturbing and disappointing that customer’s details are used by bogus and fake peoples for thug purposes.
