I hv ordered samsung power bank and paid full rs 848 against delivery. This is fake product and contains nothing and not working at all. I called several times and they are disconnecing automatically when we press for customer complaint number. Sent several emails also but till now no reply.

How can samsung allows these type delhi fake companies to use their brand to sell fake products. They have not even given their full address. They simply put golfcource road, gurgaon.
