fake universityhonology college banglore — facing problems in rai techonology university

i paid 100000 rupees for join in agriculture bsc in rtu[rai techonology university, banglore], ..they said college is recognised with ugc and in shortly icar recognisions will there..but we search in ugc officials rtu is the university applied only for permissions..but now is there no approvels in rtu banglore college...so please dont join in rai techonology university, banglore
