I Rutvij .L. Divyapal working as a visa consultant in the name of “ Visa Planet”at 18 Vande matram arcade, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat have paid to “Bestway Enterprises” Brar complex, Nr. Reliance Market, Barnala By pass, Bhathinda Punjab. Contact: [protected] For canda work permit for my client Mrs. Bijal M Shah as follows:

2) Date : 26/05/2021 Payment made Rs 15, 000/-
3) Date : 7/06/2021 Payment made Rs 13, 500/-
4) Date : 9/07/2021 Payment made Rs 74, 900/-

My client Mrs. Bijal M shah has paid amount to Bestway enterprises from her account number [protected] of the kalupur commercial co-op bank sola road branch as follows:
1) Date :26/08/2021 payment made by imps of Rs 29, 000/-
2) Date :04/09/2021 payment made by imps of Rs 30, 000/-
3) Date: 05/10/2021 payment made by imps of Rs 1, 63, 419/-

Dear Sir, kindly note that I my client together have paid total amount of Rs 3, 27, 818/- (Rs. Three lakhs twenty seven thousand eight hundered and eighteen only).
Please note that after making this payment the employees of “ Bestway Enterprises” have switched off all their mobile contact number and are also not answering on email too. Also they have not provided their visa services for which they have taken above payment from us.
Kindly investigate into this matter urgently and punish the culprits and arrange for refund for our above paid amount as this is purely fraud and financial crime.
