They called me to collect lucky draw winnings stuffs and during that they told me about their business and membership. They also told that they will check the eligibility of my credit card in order to issue membership card. During this process they swiped my credit card and collected 9000 INR. When I told them that how can you take payment when you said to check only eligibility then they said that you will get your money back once we issue your membership card. Then I denied their proposal and asked them to give me money back but they are not listening to me and saying that we do not know when you will get your money back. Was this information helpful? |
