Dear sir,
I have booked a flat in Falcon Reality Services under his project ABAY Bhiwadi in March 2012.
I have paid almost 50% money to builder by Nov. 2012 but till date construction work not start.
Kindly suggest me what can I do to recover my refund along with interest. Approx 300 nos. middle class persons are victims of builder fraud.
In this regard, your help is required. Please do needful.
