Famous Tiles — Tiles thickness is less than specification which may be fake product

I have been noticed substandard tile product at chidhambaram and bhuvanagiri area are located at cuddalore district tamilnadu

The tile specification represent 10mm of the thickness with (Size 2 feet x 2 feet) in their document but the actual product we measured lower than 8mm we are in suspects whether they are certified / approved by certifying authorities
It is worthless the shoppers cheating consumers we have to take immediate action asap
