I had ordered an official Indian team jersey from Fancode and delivery was attempted 4 days back by Ekart. Unfortunately I could not pick up their phone call but later managed to get in touch with them and was assured of delivery the next day. I also reached out to Fancode via WhatsApp helpline and received the most pathetic generic responses with absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. I have in the last 4 days sent out multiple emails to Fancode with no response. I had also requested for a refund if delivery cannot be attempted again. Again there has been no response.
Pathetic customer service I have ever encountered. Makes me wonder about their intentions. Was this information helpful? |
