Fancyfab — complaint for wrong product delivery

I have ordered for one saree on dated 12/11/2017. My order no.11425 order amount 638.93 but today i have received an other saree which is just different from the ordered saree. Color is different quality is different. Its a very cheap item. It is just unexpected. Now i want my money back. There is no return option in their site. Please suggest me accordingly.

I ordered for grey colti printed lemon yellow kurti a kurti. But i received a ugly churidar i paid 5 30 rupees for that iwant my correct order or my money back my order number 20834 i want the correct ordered kurti as soon as possible
