Fares daddy holidays called me and my husband for dinner. They started to offer service based on point plan. We are planning for goa or shimla trip in future so we evaluated the price with our estimated budget. It seems to be cost effective offer so we agreed to pay 24500₹ using credit card. Next day we requested a trip to goa, the didn't provide trip by saying property is not available. They are not responding to mail unless and until i visit there office. At there office they behave very arrogantly. But after all that pain also they didn't give us trip. Then we requested trip to sikkim, but they fail to provide that also. I msg to vice president of this company mr. Devendra sing. He said as you had written negative review on google i am unable to provide you service.
They never willing to give us a trip. They just collect money and give us arrogant replies or replies like booking is not available. They change there complete staff and office adress also within 6 months.
I want my money back. 24500₹. Help me.
