Faritha vide order number 33790. Tracking id NBCP[protected] for SAMSUNG TV REMOTE. I ordered on 13th August 2025. When the product was to be delivered by EKART, I went out of India and hence I did not get OTP. So the delivery was not given. After my return, I sent mails to Faritha as well as EKART to resend the item. Till date there is no response from either of them. There is no phone number available.
