I ordered the saree on 30 july 2016 at night around 11.30 pm. However, when i tried to cancel the order immediately next day morning around 6 am (When the item was not even confirmed on the site), i could not find the option to cancel the order from the website. Whereas, in the return policy, it was mentioned that we can cancel the order from website. I also sent an email to the mentioned email id [protected]@fashionfemina.com and tried to call on customer support no [protected]. But there was no response from both the places. I sent multiple emails there as well as on [protected]@gmail.com but no response or confirmation for the cancellation of order. Then i got another number[protected], which i tried and could talk to one lady. She kept on saying me that she will callback and respond me with status but still i did not receive any confirmation nor call from their customer support. Also i could see status of the item as ready to ship for 2 days. This is very unprofessional service. Also whatever is written on the website about returns is not working properly. I need my money back and such fake/fraud websites should be prohibited so that no one else will loose their money. Was this information helpful? |
