I placed the order with fashion floor last month for a dress in XXl size. Xxl as per their measurement should have been 44 chest. The size they have sent was 42. Fashion floor accepted the mistake and picked the dress back to restitch in the right size. Again they have send wrong size dress. And, this time they are forcing me to accept the wrong dress by asking me to measure the chest from armhole. Sending me screenshot from google how to measure armhole to proof the
Chest size is right. I dont understand why they are measuring over burst to proof the burst is 44 inches. I have not been provided with any bill as well. Was this information helpful? |
