Fashion Fresh — Received a wrong product and now unable to get refund or exchange

I have ordered a two cargo pants and paid ₹898 cash on delivery, from https://fashionsfresh.shop/ my order id is SRUPFF42516 as they were not having any contact details on their website except this email id for any query [protected]@gmail.com. So I have mailed them plenty of time, but no response came from them. I please want you to fix this issue.
