The product reached us through EKART logistics wide invoice no.PX3269272 Date 21.09.2023 .invoice value .Rs.599.The seller name as PAXC[protected].THE PRODUCT NAME AS Elevmusic.But we orded for combo of 599/-dress pack.There is no invoice inside the package.Only it was printed on the pack sticker. The material is totally used two tops and old too.
Know we want refund or replace it with original products.After confirming our order we arenot recieved any message from company.It must be confirmed to us.We recieved the product through EKART on 26.09.2023.via delivery man.

So we complaint it on their website, , , we need resolution for this .Replace it by original product or refund our money which is possible early.
