We purchased an item via the website, inspite of repeated messages and calls, texts they have no responded. A sum of 499 was deduced as well. All the online messages they have, removed. A person contacted via watsapp and now the phone is switched off and is not coming online. I need a refund as well as block this website so that other wont fall for such fraud.
