I had placed an order on the Fashionara site on 24th of January 2015 order NO. [protected]. They stated that I will receive this order within 21 days of my purchase as it was an international item. The order never made it even after 21 days. I have made numerous call to Fashionara and sent email to find the status but they dont seem to care about their customers. First of all there IVR does not connect to any person. It disconnects the call stating all are busy and we will call you back in 30 mins and disconnects the call. Finally when you reach someone from the Customer care they respond saying we will call you back with an update which no one ever did.
Finally out of frustration when I requested them to cancel my order. They cancelled it on 25th of Feb 2015 but the refund is not posted yet to my account. I am sent them multiple emails and tried to call them but there is no response.
The only option I have left now is file a complaint against them. Have never seen such a fraud company who claims to be best online ordering services. Kindly look into this and help me get my refund back.
