I had ordered Regular wear cotton women rackless V neck bra panty set (pack of 8) – 36, worth 599 rupees. However; they sent me a box with 3 cotton bras and two cardboards. The description on the invoice stuck to the parcel is the same as it was mentioned on the website while ordering, however, the contents of the box are only 3 cotton bras and 2 cardboards, and the box is smelling awful. I want to return the product and refund my 599/- at the earliest.

I ordered "New Stylish cotton pad daily wear Bra and panty" a few days ago, but I didn't received the quality as expected. The picture while ordering and the parcel I have received is not upto the mark. As mentioned and showed in the picture it is not a padded bra and no panties received to me, only I have received is three ordinary cotton Bras . Therefore, which I don’t need, I would like to return it and kindly refund my Rs. 649/- which were paid cash on delivery. Kindly go through the parcel details in attachment.

Sir, FYI as we ordered pack of 6 pcs for daily wear bra and pandits. But wrong product received.please refund the amount of Rs.599/-.
Please take action against wrong product delivered as soon as possible.
