Fashionothon Online — i made payment in month of december 2016. till today neither got purchased items nor money. please sort out my issues.

I brought combo pack of 4499/- & 9999/- in december 2016. Till today i did not items or money back. Thousand times i made call but in vain.
1. They promised me another products and deliver not the same.
2. This hide and seek game went on for two-three times.
3. No one responds clearly. Every one claims that they will call back right away but they do not call.
4. The the company has been using my rs. 14499/- since december 2016.
5. I have talked to every person of office / company but no one satisfied me.
6. Over 10 months the company is using my money.
7. There for, i am in double loss since 10 months.

Please help me and resolve my matter asap.
