I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my recent order. Although the order status in the Meesho app shows as "Cancelled, " I received the product and paid for it via COD. However, the product I received does not match what I originally ordered, and one part of the product is missing.
Due to this, I immediately canceled the order in the app, expecting a return pickup and refund. Unfortunately, no one has come to pick up the product. I have contacted your customer care multiple times, but each time I am told there is a "technical issue" preventing them from accessing my order details. They always promise a callback, but I have never received one. Despite following up via calls and emails, I have not received any resolution.
I feel my concern is being ignored, and this has caused significant frustration. I request that Meesho promptly arrange for the product pickup and refund my payment.
