I made a payment of INR 2699/- on August 01, 2021, to Fashome India for the purchase of Chair covers. However, the said item (Dining chair cover) was not delivered to me by the company. Fashome India mentioned that they could not locate my details, address and hence it was undelivered. After this, I gave them the full details of the order, including proof of payment & told them to either resend the package or refund the payment. They have stated that they will look into it, but no response has been received from them since last 2 months..!. I have been following up since then but I am yet to receive any payments or reply from them.
NOTE: They do not give any phone contact number to discuss this issue - so that they can cheat their customers conveniently by not responding to emails..!!
