[Resolved]  LGCL Group — Fraud and group o[censored]nprofessionals

After couple of rounds with hod col ravi-shankar and girish purvankara i was been selected for the post of media head in lgcl group and was asked to join on a specific date without telling me my exact job profile.. When asked about the jd.. Hr h. O. D that colonel ravi sahnakr says he does not know the profile and that the same will be disclosed only on the date of joining by md only.. There policy is like that... For which somehow i agreed to join but after another one week as i had to intimate to my current company in a proper way... But before taking this matter further.. I requested the hr to give me my offer letter in hand..., basis which i can resign from my current co.

The col became furious and started talking in mc bc language... Saying how can u demand anything...? The argument went on for 45 minutes which i recorded in my cellphone voice recorder knowing this col is a gone case.. Later he understood the fact the he was at fault. He offered me a provisional offer letter duly signed by him being a hod.

The twist comes just 3 days before the date of my agreed joining.. Ms ophelia a hr executive calls me and says that sorry we cancel ur joining as ur expected salary package is high and we don't have budgets for that much. It was shock of my life. As i was about to resign on the same day from my current company.

And after all this drama even i was in deli ma to join this group or not.. This call of ms opehelia came to me a booster and within no time i said thanks for all this u made my life easy..

I complaint abt this matter to md mr girish too but no reply was recieved, i still have the hard copy of the offer letter with me and a full proof voice recording of my so called interview with that col.

I am posting this here with an intention to save others life.. As if there would be anyone else he /she would have resigned from their company and these chor llgcl group too would have left them hanging

After all this i got to know from their employees that the group is suffering from heavy losses and hence are unable to pay salaries to their own staff too.. So they are hiring and firing and are not professional at all.. Do not just go by their luxurious villa ad.. The company is running in debts and the people here are team of .
