Fastag Recharge — Request for Reversal/Refund of Duplicate FASTag Recharge Payment INR 500

Dear Team,

Hi, my name is Rishi Yadav (Mobile No. [protected]).

I have made two FASTag recharge payments of INR 500 each on 16th May 2026, as per the attached screenshots. However, only one payment of INR 500 has been credited to my FASTag account.

The second payment has neither been credited to my FASTag nor reversed back to my bank account.

I kindly request you to check the transaction details and reverse/refund the pending payment to my account at the earliest.
