I had ordered 2 products from Fastroly website, by pre-paying the amount in full. Was assured of getting the tracking details for the order, which i have not got till date. The contact details provided are fake - also the mail i sent to them has not been responded too.
I had got a call, saying i will get the products asap, on the day I put this complaint here but still no product in hand. Also the contact that was shared for the Delivery person is not being answered. No calls are being answered.
I want the money back I am no more interested in Fastroly.com products worst e-com experience. Was this information helpful? |
