Hello All
I am writing to inform you that please do not join "Faststream technologies Pvt. Ltd." Arekere BPL stop Bangalore. Recently he (Viany) fired me without any reason and many of them get fired every day.
Reasons not to Join this company:
1) No Job security: If you have joined this company so always think that today is your last day. Even though if you joined today, you would be fired by evening.
2) Working hours more than 15 hours daily: officially office timing is 10 AM to 8 Pm but you will get more work at the time of going. without completion of task you can not go to home. Therefore you will have to work till 4 Am in the morning daily and again you will have to come office by time.
3) No comp-off and Public holiday: There is no comp-off and public holidays (like 15th August, 26th January, 2 October, New year etc). If you come on Sun or you are working from morning to morning (24 hrs) then also no comp-off. If you are not coming to office after this then this will be Loss of pay holiday.
4) Daily Every Project has last day: If any project comes here then that is the last day for that project. that is why you will have to complete it and can not go to home.
5) You should be like "Rajnikant": Example: If you are a .net developer and "PHP" developer or any other domain guy did not come today then you will have to do his task along with your task as I already told "Every project has the last day" . You can not say that you do not know. You have to do any how. That is why "Rajnikant" only can do all the things.
6) You will get the Salary after 50 days: Salary date is 20th of the next month. Suppose you want to leave the company then at-least you will have to work 15 days more to get your last month salary.
7) No work flow: Here please do not ask for requirement. Use your common sense to develop/test the Application. But the criteria is that "Your common sense should match with Vinay's common sense and his common sense should match client's common sense".
8) They want quantity not quality: If you do not have enough knowledge but you are staying more than 20 hrs in the company daily then He is happy. But if you are smart and you are able to complete your task within the time then after completion of your task you will have to do another's work too because "Every project...".
9) Only 2nd and 4th Sat is OFF in Paper: Almost you have to work every Sat but in paper it is written different.
10) Do not believe on any positive feedback for this company: If you see any positive feedback for this company then damn sure it is totally fake.
Reason to Join this company:
If you are happy with above mentioned criteria then this company welcomes you. They have the opening always (365 days) because they have only 10-12 employees only. So they are hiring outside the Karnataka as here everybody knows about the company. Was this information helpful? |
