Fastwy — Signal 104 on most of chanel and on others distorted pictures

My complaint was registered on 25.07.2016 at 9.27 am with a message that it will be sorted in 8 working hours but so far no action.Also the instalation person even didnot set the time/date in the system and no receipt of the cash taken yet.Yesterday on reminding on helpline no they are asking the same problem details again.You are requested to sort out the matter with a request to them to sort out complaints fast. Thank you.
