[Resolved]  Fatehpuria Tvs — worst service and careless attitude

Sir,
I am not satisfied with your service support of your authorized service center fatehpura, kota.
(1) i leave my vehicle for service to this center on dated 14/04/18 (10:00 am).
(2) they promised to deliver vehicle upto 6 pm on same day.
(3) they call about 6:45 pm that your vehicle is ready but it is time to close workshop so collect your vehicle in next morning.
(4) i visit the workshop on next morning (15/04/18 11:00 hrs).
(5) i found that vehicle was not ready.
(6) they told that it was our mistake and we call you by mistake, but you don't worry wait for one hour.
(7) i was with my wife so i told that call me whenever vehicle complete.
(8) i call back them after 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 6 hrs... But every time they told that we will call you back.
(9) i call on next day (16/04/18, 11 hrs.), they told yes your vehicle is ready.
(10) i reached there at 13 hrs and found that there was not installed side glass which i already told them to install.
(11) they told that this is not available in our store.
(12) after paying bill when i check my vehicle i found that horn was not working, i told them and they say that it was already faulty.
(13) i told that it was working when i leave the vehicle and the person who made the job card also checked it.
(14) after talking to manager the person except that it was working and he repaired it.
(15) when i took the vehicle back i found that its milometer also not working.
(16) i call to service center, they told that leave the vehicle at service center we will check.
(17) i told that it is not possible to come at this time i will come on next day, they told alright.
(18) next day when i reached there they told that concern mechanic is on leave.
(19) i request that kindly check it with another mechanic, after checking he told that milometer chain is not there.
(20) i totally surprised that it was there when i leave the vehicle and it was working also.
Sir there is no system in this authorized work shop that what parts are there in vehicle which they received for service/repairing. Kindly take the necessary action and intimate me, i am also not satisfied with the service.
