I have taken washing machine on rentomojo. Same was delivered on 26th Nov 2023.Since I was out of Bangalore due to office work, I started using on 29th Nov 2023.When I started, I put liquid soap on my clothes and started machine, around 1 minutes after water addition, water hose pipe was disconnected. When I checked I came to know that it wasn't fitted, just put on fitting. When I tried to fit, the alignment was mismatched. When I come contacted your Koramangala office where I had done the booking as well your customer care, I got reply that service technician will able to visit on 30th. I requested number of times but invain. Hence I utilized call ramu services for repairs and got rectified by changing fitment arrangement for which I had paid Rs 350 rupees.
Request you to please refund 350 rupees which I had paid to outside technician as it was negligence on part of Rento Mojo installation man and when I complain, I wasn't not provided immediate service hence I had no option to use outside services as I can't kept my clothes half wet with washing liquid for 24 hours, till Rento Mojo technician is available.
