Faustine Computer Academics — Not receiving the study material; as promised by institute before joining it.

I have competed my computer course from 'Faustine Computer Academics' (Vashi, Navi Mumbai). Before joining the institute 'they' said that they will provide me study materials as soon as I will pay their fees. I have paid their fees on 10th August 2013. But since today (since last 7 months) they are not giving me study material & even not attending my phone calls to listen my complaint. They are completely ignoring me.
