Dear sir,

I have taken 5 ids with fbsure and invested rs.25, 000/- on 10th june, 2017 but till date they did not make any payment. I have tried to contact many times but failed. My sponsor (A promoter of fbsure) do not taking my calls. Then i sent a complaint to [protected]@upstf.com on 16th july, 2017 as the company is based from uttar pradesh. The contents of my complaint are as follows:

Sub.: complaint about an online scam named fbsure.

You may aware about the 3700 crore online scam by ablaze infosys pvt. Ltd. (www.socialtrade.biz) which the case is under hearing now in gautam budh nagar court.

A similar online scam is now running under the name of fbsure (www.fbsure.com). they charge rs.5, 000/- per subscription. One was allowed to take up to 11 subscriptions (Now it is 3). They say it is a product based business. I think they are the social trade people. Their website terms and contents was the copy of socialtrade. Biz, now it is changed.

Two months back i received an sms from ms. Nisha sharma (Mob. [protected]) regarding an online product based part time job. So, i talked to her about the company. She suggested it is a trustful company and make weekly payments. We will get 200gm pkg. Of double stem cell powder in 2 weeks of joining. The job is to watch 10 ad videos in a week. I searched in google and found many promotional videos about fbsure.

I have joined under her (Fbsure id 1069354) and subscribed for 7 id's and made payments of rs.25, 000/- for 5 id's on 10th, 12th and 13th june. My id's are 6140555, 5033990, 9429394, 2460426 & 9571431 (If you require i can give my password to have a look on my id's). From the next day i got the online job of watching ad videos. The company then changed their payout terms and tasking.

Now what is happening, the company website is active, i could login my id's and i can do the task only. They show the payout details in my account, but they never transfer the amount to my bank account. I have tried many times in their help line number, but it is always busy. Many times i put query on their help desk, but not responding.

I have joined on 10th june, 2017 but till date i have not received the product as they promised and i did not receive any payment from the company. Also i found that the company deliberately change the bank details of members to delay the payments.

I hereby request you to accept my complaint and take necessary action against WWW.FBSURE.COM before it become another big online scam. Daily thousands of people joining the company on seeing the promotional videos. Now my sponsor ms. Nisha sharma is also not responding to my calls. I think she is also one of the promotor of the company. Company address is not mentioned in the website.
