This complaint is regarding this company fe services located in latur, maharashtra. First of all there is no company i have come across that makes digital agreement document with signature. Every company i have gone they ask physically you have to be present to sign any agreement.. They asked to download a software which i could not open and receive the otp. So the girl who called me she herself said it is opening for me.. I was told this is for form filling or data entry but the position is given as business associate. I have not done any losses for the company instead my loss has happened my laptop, my internet all the days of hardwork and time i spent doing the work in the end the mistakes are being taken out from no where.. Double space.. Some places they are saying i made single space instead of double space.. Some places where "is given.. I have used" but they are saying you have to use ' 2 times.. What sort of errors are these this is error in conversion maybe error in the software and error in the system or company itself. Some places there are no errors even but it is shown as error. Within 1 day the qc report came and there was no call or anything from them i only called them up and after 2 days i get a message from someone which is not from a telephone number but a software. I have not done anything wrong and now they are demanding money or legal action and i have to pay. I have no address of the company no information regarding them no disclaimer notice in email no website no nothing. Just a survey form filling site and once you do it you have to make a pdf and once you make the pdf your original work is erased and converted.. Anyone knows if you convert word file to picture or picture to word there will obviously be a difference. Now there is no proof since the original work is erased but i have a few pictures in this you can see there are no errors but errors are pointed out. I don't know if you can help but i just saw other people complaining about this company so i am adding my complaint. I mentioned to the company that many people also had this issue same which i am facing and they are saying it is all fake people are lying they did not do the work properly now they are complaing.. They are even giving examples of sim card. They are saying a certain sim card also people are taking and complaining that does not mean company is wrong i mean there is no relation whatsoever but this is all a game. I have no information of the company i am not even an employee of the company i did not sign any agreement paper they have misused my data and saying the signature is for a form and put my signature on another document. This is a basis of fraud and i would have myself put a case against them but i am not financially secured as to take up a case or even file a case at the moment.. I hope i can get some help as this is a crime in itself happening towards me and other people a form of cyber crime. Now i got a message saying we will free you from charges if you settle the amount with the accounts department. Even if you join a company they have beginning training and even during training the employee is paid for training whether the company likes the work or not. Here no training no nothing direct do the work after that put fail and demand money. I don't want to talk more but do help me on this matter if you can.
