I have booked the office chair with order number is od[protected]
The chair given to me is in complete shabby condition. It have spot marks all over the chair. It is not new chair. I think this chair is second hand or repaired there was no packing done during supply. We have not received the original cover of chair
This is my first experience with www.featherwoodfurinture.com and i am sorry to say that experience was quite horrible.
I have registered complaint to featherwood but no response received till date.
You are requested to pl take necessary action immediately to resolve the issue.
