I am writing to formally complain about the recent service provided for my Feber Hob gas stove. I was charged Rs. 750/- for the service call and an additional Rs. 350/- for other parts. While the technicians did attend, the service rendered was unsatisfactory. I have video evidence demonstrating the condition of the stove after their departure, clearly showing that the critical part they worked on is still not functioning correctly. This is unacceptable, as the purpose of the service was to resolve the issue.
