My name.is Jillian Atwell and I run a business out of my home. I have customers. The driver feels hes allowed to hold.packages until he only has to make one trip up here every 2 weeks. My.products were frozen thr last time. He continues to ignore me and comes when he please because he said he likes to only make one trip!! Well i pay shipping PER parcel!!! If he cannot deliver my items on time, i am done paying the high price of shipping. I have contacted a lawyer over this because my last complaint was ignore. Again, the driver said he doesnt like making multiple trips here, so he waits for other parcels to arrive. This is not ok. Its to be fixed.
