I booked these packers and mover for shifting my household items from Bareilly U.P to Surat Gujrat on 3rd October 2024. My Vivek the manager of this company demands the amount of Rs 28k after send the items details and we agree for this. I asked him to send quotation, but he said will send and he didn't. Even my items loaded by their labor and moved towards Surat. When i asked for bill and insurance amount he send me quickly the bill amount of Rs. 58k, when i was asking for same before he was making excuses but as the household taken by them and when vehicle reached at Gurugram he demanded amount of Rs. 58k and stated that pay total amount then and there otherwise he will not deliver the items, and vehicle will stay there and will charge 5k per day for holding vehicle.
He charges Rs. 18000/- for insurance amount and given me bill of Rs. 599/- for insurance. He also charges Rs. 6k extra for extra cartoons without prior information. Same vehicle was supposed to deliver the item from Bareilly to Surat but they did it with sharing vehicle and that leads to damaged of my house holds. I shared details of damages items but they said claim it through insurance company but insurance company said that information provided on bills are not correct then asked Mr. Vivek to provided correct bill then he said providing but even till date he didn't provide the same.
