I am writing this letter to formally register a complaint regarding my Samsung mobile phone.
I had purchased a Samsung mobile phone (Model: Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra, Purchase Date: 26.08.2022 ). Initially, the device worked perfectly, but after about a year o[censored]se, I started facing an issue with the display. Occasionally, the screen would turn completely white and then return to normal after a while, so I didn’t pay much attention at the time.
However, the problem has worsened, and now the screen remains completely white at all times. The phone still responds to touch, indicating that it is working internally, but due to the white screen, I am unable to see or perform any tasks on the phone.
This issue has rendered my device unusable, and I believe it may be a hardware or display-related defect. I kindly request you to inspect the device and provide necessary repair or replacement of the faulty components. If any charges are applicable, please inform me in advance so I can proceed accordingly.
I would appreciate a prompt response and request you to let me know the further steps, including the estimated repair time.
