Fees Refund — My fees has not returned yet it's been many days

HI I am Ranu Kumari of kendriya vidyalaya Danapur Cantt (FS).I had paid my fees on 15th October but it didn't gave me receipt and money was submitted. I waited 4 days but receipt was not showing and money also not refunded.so I paid again my October to December fees. I paid it on 19th October my money has not returned yet. Please do something about it.
