I took scooty learning service from ( Femme Scooty) this provider in Faridabad, and my trainer was Neha.(Also the trainer of #Atam Nirbhar Scooty Service) Before payment everything looked smooth — she taught properly and behaved nicely. But the moment I completed the payment, the entire experience turned extremely disappointing.

The trainer started taking leaves repeatedly without informing me.

Many times she just gave me the scooty and stayed on personal calls instead of teaching.

One day an unknown person came with her, and she started learning bike riding on that person’s bike, while leaving me alone with the scooty without any guidance.

When she herself started learning a bike, she paid more attention to her own practice than to teaching me.

She never shared my progress videos with the owner, even though they claim this is their standard process.

Later, when I contacted the owner Kajal Kaur, I found out that Neha had even misreported my remaining classes. I still had two classes left, but she told the owner that only one class was pending. There was no record, no monitoring, and no transparency.

When I refused to continue because of such unprofessional behaviour, I requested a refund.

But Kajal neither provided a refund, nor changed the trainer, nor offered any alternative solution or location.

This entire experience clearly felt like a scam structure — good behaviour before payment, zero responsibility after payment.

I am sharing this review so that no one else gets trapped like I did. Please be very cautious before choosing their service. Customer safety and proper training should never be compromised.
