Hi,
I had ordered 2 items from the FemmeLux company. But what I received from are items which are not what ordered.
I had mailed them regarding this but there is no response. I am calling them on +[protected], but no one is receiving the call.
I had received the call on mail 1st Jan 2024 for order confirmation, which I confirmed.
I have made the payment of 2349/-. I am attaching 2 images for your view. One the invoice which was stuck on the parcel and other is the received wrong items.
Pls help me get my money back.
