I ordered upvc windows to get my home balcony covered. Company promised to finish the end-to-end work in 30days with 1 week as grace time. I ordered on 21st july, its been more than 2 months the work is not completed. They had made all kind of excuses why the work is delayed. Now there is a window that is defective, their technical head and mentioned that the part need to be replaced, its been 3 days, they have not ordered it. They are not replying well about the update, no fixed timeline given. Highly unprofessional behavior. No reply to mails. Each time they seek more time.
