Ferlenco — Product not getting picked up

I have requested pick up of my product a month back and everytime they are rescheduling it. And I have faced this issue for 7th time now. Because of whick i am not able to vacant the property i have rented and i am paying unnecessary rent. If i dont pay the rent my landlord will discard the furniture. In that case also ferlenco it threatening me that i will have to pay the full cost of furniture i have rented when they themselves are not picking up the product even after calling them several of times. They are harassing me due to this since more than a month now.
